After two years of suspension due to the pandemic, the Steak Championship is finally back in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, in Mercatale Val di Pesa (San  Casciano).

In the meantime, set the dates on the calendar, so as not to make commitments: Friday 10 and Saturday 11 June.

We remind you briefly of how it works.

It will be possible to buy the steak directly from the three local butchers: Macelleria Agresti; Macelleria Coop; Macelleria Tozzetti.


The “Mastri Braciaioli” will cook it on the embers that will burn directly in the square.

All combined with an excellent Chianti Classico wine produced by the companies of the San Casciano Classico Association.
