The exhibition “Armonie e Contrasti” by Walter Sarfatti was inaugurated on Saturday 16 April.
It was set up in the space of the San Michele Arcangelo Dome (Dome of Semifonte), in Barberino Val d’Elsa.
It is carried out in co-design with the Municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Barberino Val d’Elsa Achu Group, within the Summofonte project.
The exhibition will remain open every weekend (and Monday 25 April) up to and including 15 May, from 16-19. Free entry.
This is the thought of the Anglo-Italian author who prepares for the visit of the exhibition: “When I create a work I develop an idea from a sketch or a collage”.
“The work – he continues – then proceeds on canvas or on wood and when I feel that all the elements fall in the right place, a dialogue begins between me, the colors and the surface”.
