For those who complain about emigration, foreigners, itineraries (often fostered by racists,) you should stop (even if you don’t have a minimum of humanity) and think about the materialistic side of the question.

We won’t bore you with data regarding jobs that Italians refuse which are carried out only by those arrived from afar.

However, we want to tell you an occurrence that is happening in the vineyards of one of the most well known wineries in the world, something that occurs every day in the majority of vineyards and Chianti wine cellars.

You might be surprised to learn about who works on the Tignanello estate, owned by Antinori, in the country side between Montefiridolfi and Campoli, and in the heart of Chianti Classico.

Working here means participating in the production of some of the most well-known and appreciated wines of the world, the top quality in their respective areas: Tignanello, Solaia, Badia a Passignano, Marchese Antinori, Peppoli, olio Peppoli, Laudemio, Vinsanto del Chianti Classico… .

At Tignanello there are about 20 young workers from Senegal, 9 from Bulgaria, 4 Chinese and a Peruvian. The rest, around 40, are Italian. Other good news: many are young and are ”returning to the land” with great enthusiasm.

Take a look at who is pruning the olives or tying up the vines in these days. You will see that the world, when it is complete, is marvelous and magical.
