Here they are, directly from the sun of Panzano in Chianti, Tommaso Iorio e Dante Bernardis, our “Osti Opposti”, who return with one of their pleasant videos.

They simply and happily give us simply daily recipes, a new way to cook the same things. Today they are talking about… peas.
