From Thursday 28th June to Sunday 8th July: San Pancrazio (nearby San Casciano) once again will enjoy and celebrate a typical Italian summer treat, the brioche filled with artisanal ice cream.

The “Due Paesi in Festa Festival”, the great event that brings together the villages of San Pancrazio and Lucignano, is now at its 31st edition.

Every evening at the food stalls you’ll find a variety of starters and Tuscan first courses, wood oven pizza, and mouthwatering grilled meat, including the typical Florentine steak.

At the bar you can taste the festival’s speciality, the famous and unique brioche (or “brioscia” as the Tuscan say) filled with homemade ice cream of the Bar Pimpina from Cerbaia.

As every year, there will be a rich calendar of events organized with passion by the dozens of volunteers to accompany the flavour-filled experience.

Thursday, June 28th at 7pm, the festival will start with a market, at 7.30pm there is the opening toast, at 9.30pm live music with the Extra Music orchestra.

Friday 29th June at 9.30pm live music with Negramaro Tribute Band. Saturday 30th June from 7pm to 8pm guided tour of the splendid Pieve di San Pancrazio; from 9.30pm live music with the Silvia Blu Eyes orchestra.

Sunday, July 1st Holy Mass at 11am in memory of the missing volunteers; at 6pm ‘solidarity aperitif’ the proceeds of which will be donated to the “Incontriamoci al Parco” association; from 7pm to 8pm a guided tour of the Pieve di San Pancrazio; at 9.30pm live music with the Supersonica orchestra.

On Monday 2nd July, the traditional Foam Party with Dj Megawatt. Tuesday 3rd July at 9.30pm live DJ set with Eurotunz. Wednesday, July 4th live music with Candy Shop, a tribute to Madonna.

Thursday 5th July from 9.30pm 1st Youth Music Contest with Francesco Ricci, Lapsus, 3Year.

Friday July 6th 90’s music with Back to the ‘90s Boy. Saturday 7th July, from 7pm to 8pm a guided tour of the Pieve di San Pancrazio; from 9.30pm Live music with the Crem-Caramel orchestra.

Sunday July the 8th will be the last day of the Festival – at 6pm ‘solidarity aperitif’ the proceeds of which will be donated to the “Incontriamoci al Parco” association; from 7pm to 8pm a guided tour of the Pieve di San Pancrazio; at 9.30pm live music with the Retropalco orchestra.

At midnight there will be a closing toast.
