In the setting of the Convent of Santa Maria al Prato, in Radda in Chianti, home of the Casa Chianti Classico, chef Giovanni d’Ecclesiis of the Gallo Nero Restaurant in Siena presents his creations, the result of authentic Tuscan flavors, constant research and innovation (Friday 26 July from 20).

The menu designed for the evening will be accompanied by the wines of the Castelvecchi company of Radda in Chianti, in a combination of tradition, aromas and flavors.
