Pizza (and pasta)… in the square on Chianti. That’s how we could summarise the latest evolution of Chianti Cooking Experience: Chianti Express.
Ten years of activity celebrated in style by Elisa, Gabriele and Joshua: their company has been constantly growing, investing and innovating.
“In recent years – they say from Chianti Cooking Experience – we’ve been working with passion and professionalism, to improve and consolidate year after year; and we also have expanded our range of services to meet our customers’ requirements”.
Since 2010 their company has offered a personal chef service; catering for events and weddings; cooking and pizza making courses (conveniently in the customers’ homes or in an agriturismo located in Greve in Chianti); pizza dinners with portable wood oven; BBQ with portable wood grill; ice cream cart with homemade ice cream from the “Gelateria i Pini”.
“In 2020 – they continue – after months of planning and work, a new project in the Chianti Cooking Experience will kick off. Our gift to ourselves, for the first 10 years of activity, is the” food truck “equipped for cooking in full view: fresh pasta, pizza, focaccia, burger and finger food”.
On January 26ht it will be inaugurated with an event in the square, in San Casciano Val di Pesa: “It’s perfect as a “solo exhibition” for an evening dedicated to Italian style food like pasta and pizza – Chianti Cooking Experience explains – or together with other food stalls to prepare aperitifs and finger food. A great idea if you’d like to offer something new, special and captivating for events, weddings and fairs …”.
