Five days of celebration and a very long program of events: this will be the Festa del Luca 2019 in San Gusmè, a village in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, scheduled from August 31st to September 8th (especially Saturday 31st, Sunday 1st, Thursday 5th, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8).
Shows, dinners, live music, theater and many many guests from Daniela Morozzi (August 31st) to Lorenzo Baglioni (on September 7th her show “Selfie”), from Paolo Rossi (the footballer, August 31st) to Leonardo Manera (the his show on Sunday 8) and Gianluca Foresi (Sunday the show “Ugh … always the same story”).
The festival begins on Saturday 31 August with the “Premio San Gusmè 2019”: at 6.30 pm there is an aperitif in the Garden of Lorenzo alla Porticciola with Paolo Rossi, champion of the soccer world in 1982 and with Héléne Stoquelet, creator of the restaurant “La Bottega del 30 “of Villa a Sesta.
At 8.30 pm the dinner show: “San Gourmè 2019, Once Upon a Table”, a re-enactment of the food and wine culture of an area rich in history.
On Sunday, instead, it begins with a horseback and bicycle ride through the Chianti landscape and then the Palio delle Botti, with its historical procession and musical and theatrical entertainment.
