Chianti is not only about wine, tourism and artefacts.
With “Revenant” the Chianti opens its door to fashion. The pop-rock inspired sportswear brand is created and designed by Tommaso Bencistà Falorni, from Greve in Chianti.
The trademark is owned by TBF Limited Srl, a design and communication company, owned by Andrea Bencistà Falorni.
The brand’s identity is made up of illustrations that are ironic reinterpretations of popular iconographic messages and symbols. This autumn-winter 2019-20 the fashion line gets bolder, with the theme “Censored”.
It proposes provocative illustrations on the themes of culture-power-economy – related to the fashion system and beyond – and it does it with plenty of double meanings, overturning icons of our time, in which opposites are strengthened and legitimise each other.
