After the great success of the first two editions, the “Claustrum Canticum” music festival of the Quodlibet Choir will be back – from Sunday 15th April to Sunday 13th May – bringing music and songs to the churches of San Casciano (ticket price: voluntary donation).

Here’s a look at the unique program.

It starts on Sunday, April 15th at 6pm in the church of San Francesco (Monastero delle Clarisse) in San Casciano, with the Ensemble Vocale Femminile Kastalia from Arezzo (director Eugenio Dalla Noce).

Sunday, April 22nd at 6pm in the church of San Francesco, the trio composed by Benedetta Corti (Soprano), Margherita Tani (Mezzosoprano), Giovanni Ciardi (on the harpsichord).

Third evening on Saturday 12th May, at 9pm, in the magical setting of the Pieve di San Pancrazio, a performance of the duo composed of Natania Hoffman (cello) and Zilvinas Brazauskas (clarinet).

Closing in style on Sunday May 13th at 9.15pm in the Propositura of San Cassiano, in San Casciano, with a Chianti-German evening.

Performances of the Coro Quodlibet (directed by Gianni Franceschi) and the Sakralchor St. Fidelis from Stuttgart (director Tobias Wittmann).
