There will be a single “Pit” to put together the needs and proposals of the wineries of Lamole and the Biodistretto of Chianti. The plan represents a first step in our path and was born from the need to found and render operative the project of the Lamole and Biodistretto wineries, which aim at the support and the concrete realization of the collective development of organic production”.
During the public meeting, the pertinent territory, opportunities and areas addressed by the project were illustrated as well as the way to adhere to the project and the selection of participants.
The necessity of underwriting an agreement among all of the participants and for the management of internal relationships were also discussed. “We feel that the involvement and participation of organic producers and local institutions are necessary to promote the organic inside and outside of the district,” explain the promotors.
