This is the story of a 24-year-old boy who discovered the passion for photography, video shooting, the Chianti area.
This is the story of Djenan Cufta, born in Kosovo in 1996: “And after a childhood lived in the war we moved to Italy, to Chianti, where we were very well received by the whole population”.
The integration, the beautiful one, the one that often goes unnoticed but which, fortunately, in our country has concerned and affects many.
“I attended middle school in Gaiole in Chianti – he tells us – and high school at “Guglielmo Marconi” in Siena. Photography? I started to love it from the moment when my parents gave me my first Reflex, at the age of 13 years”.
An overwhelming love: “Shot after shot I started learning basic rules from books and, above all, making many shots. I love photography because I can stop the moment”.
Flying… on Brolio Castle
“If there are places in Chianti that I particularly love? I would say yes – he replies confidently – like the famous Leccione, or the Chianti rivers. Which are not frequented by many people but are a perfect place for nature lovers; and the hills with all those vineyards. Simply magnificent”.
“Chianti is a family for me – continues Djenan – this is why I belong to the La Racchetta association: I try to help because that’s how we should live together”.
Recently Djenan has also discovered the drone: “I have several projects – he concludes – as filming for companies in Chianti, for fishing associations, for volunteering. I would like to transform all this into a real job; because I put all my desire and passion matured in all these years”.
