The 2019 edition of “Di borgo in borgo” will be along the Agliena where you can visit the bridles of Leonardo da Vinci.
It is the naturalistic walk with gastronomic stops organized by the Polisportiva Tavarnelle and Circolo Arci La Rampa, with the Section of Tavarnelle of the Unicoop Florence and the Uisp Florence.
Sunday, September 8th, for 12 kilometers full of charm. At 9am the enrollments are scheduled in Piazza Matteotti in Tavarnelle, then at 9.15am departure.
The walk includes the passage along the Agliena valley and the bridle of Leonardo da Vinci: the structures used as dams on the river after the destruction of the city of Semifonte and studied in depth by the genius of Vinci (who also wrote about it in his codes) and recently restored.
During the walk, a visit to the Fattoria Le Torri is scheduled for breakfast and the visit to the Azienda Agricola La Spinosa for lunch, then a visit to the Fattoria Villa Spoiano and finally the arrival at Parco del Mocale for a snack.
Closed shoes are recommended. The cost of the walk is 15 euros for adults and 8 for children up to 10 years. The proceeds will be donated to the structure of the Parco del Mocale.
