The works of Ettore Saccà are being exhibited at the Giuliano Ghelli Museum in San Casciano.
Starting with the title, we can see the poetic side of the artist, halfway between visual art and objects of design, but distinguished by a careful look at the analysis of the present, of its manifestations and, above all, at the dissipating discovery of its contradictions.
Saccà’s works are, as the title programatically affirms, anything but hermetic but, at the same time, open to multiple readings, ironic and fascinating.
They are often created with recycled materials. In most cases they are large works which establish a suprising dialogue with other works exhibited in the museum, especially for their radical search for essence and for the discovery of a deep and lasting meaning, beyond appearances and superficiality.
The exhibit will remain until May 18 and will be visible during museum hours. Monday and Thursday, 10 AM to 1 PM/ Tuesday and Friday, 3 PM to 7 PM/ Wednesday, 9 AM to 1 PM/ Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM to 1 PM and 4 PM to 7 PM.
