Opera and classical music concerts return to the Cupola of San Michele Arcangelo of Semifonte. The ArtinChianti Association, for the third year in a row, proposes a program of four evenings dedicated to great music. It will present different forms and repertoires in the magical context of this local sixteenth century architectural jewel, set among vineyards and cypress trees which offer a breathtaking sunset.
The concerts begin on Wednesday, July 27, with a piano recital by Maestro Ivan Morelli with music by Beethoven and Chopin.
On Friday, August 5, is the recital for soprano and piano, with the “Hymne a L’Amor”, a musical voyage with a love theme. It takes us through various typologies and lands, from lieder to Opera, touching some classics of popular tradition, like the Neapoletan song, and arriving at the fascinating Musical. Conducting this trip is the voice of Keren Or Davidovitch and the hands of Ivan Morelli.
Thursday, August 11, presents a concert dedicated exclusively to popular opera segments, starring the soprano, Beatrice Cresti together with Keren Or Davidovitch and Ivan Morelli.
The Festival concludes on Tuesday, August 11, with a repeat of “Hymne a l’Amour”.
