Greve in Chianti: walk in the moonlight on the evening of Ferragosto

What better way to end the day of Ferragosto than a nice night walk in the heart of the Chianti Classico?

Also this year you can satisfy this desire in Greve in Chianti, Thursday 15 August, with the second “Moonlight Walk”, organized by the Municipality of Greve in Chianti, Arci of Greve in Chianti, Viviattivi and the Italian School of Sport Walking .

The appointment is at 8 pm at the Circolo Arci, in via Luca Cini: from here you will start walking for 10 km (long route).

It is also possible to opt for a shorter route (5 km): in this case the departure is at 8.30 pm from “Il Tirassegno”.

The walk will end at the Circolo Arci of Greve in Chianti, where everyone will be offered watermelon. It will also be possible to observe the sky from the telescopes that will be placed on the roof of the Circolo.
