Thursday, July 25, at 8 pm, new evening at Vitique (Greve in Chianti) with the resident Chef Antonio Guerra (pictured above) who will offer a tasting course based on the“Pescato dell’Arcipelago Toscano” (“Fish of Tuscan Archipelago”).

This is the menu: Norway lobster, lemon and “green sauce”; Mackerel, red onion, zucchini and capers; Sepia and morel mushrooms.

To follow: Dentex, baby spinach, horseradish and caviar; Peach and cinnamon; Small bakery.

Price: 50 euros per person (drinks not included). Only by reservation, limited places.
