A day dedicated to taste the fruit of the recent olive harvest, with the guided tasting of the new olive oil and a fun gourmet lunch. All for a good cause: support Dynamo Camp’s projects.

This year the Oil Day event, dedicated to taste the new Dievole oil, becomes even more special thanks to an exceptional lunch. The appointment is at 11am on Sunday, November 5th.

You start with a walk in the olive grove, followed by the technical tasting of the new line of Dievole 2017 Oil, to learn how to recognize the flavours of the various cultivars and how to use them in the kitchen.

The experience continues in the elegant and recently restored restaurant Novecento, where Dievole’s kitchen will welcome two exceptional chefs: Simone Cipriani (Essenziale, Florence) and Alberto Sparacino (Cum Quibus, San Gimignano).

Massimiliano Volonterio, Dievole’s executive chef and Monika Filipinska, Dievole’s pastry chef, will prepare the starter and the dessert, while the two guest-chefs will delight diners with two-courses each – for a total of six courses, matched with the Dievole wines and new extra-virgin olive oils.

Menu: wild boar, rape, olive and egg bread; pil pil baccalà fish, calf brain; paccheri ribollita matcha and herring caviar; ombrina, black garlic, artichoke and lemon; pigeon, chard, olives and licorice; panna cotta of Coratina persimmon and coconut. Dievole wines.

Tasting and lunch: 115 euro. Booking online at reservations@dievole.it or call 0577322632.
