In Chianti the grapes are harvested in early fall. The harvest is an important social event. Families get together to pick the grapes, and eat together in the fields.
This year in the magnificent property of Castello Del Nero, cultivated with olive groves and vineyards, our guests are invited to join this traditional appointment.
Morning walk in the Castello del Nero Estate among the vineyards. Meeting at 9.30 a.m. with our Estate Manager for an interesting overview on Tuscan grape harvest tradition and special tips on Castello del Nero production.
At 12 p.m. Grape’s Ritual (55 min.) at ESPA at Castello del Nero inclusive of access to the Heat Experiences.
At 5.30 p.m. wine pairing class held by our Sommelier in the historic cellars of the castle, presented along with a selection of food combinations prepared by our Executive Chef. Dinner at La Torre Restaurant with tasting menu inclusive of selected beverages
You make your reservations at least 48 hours in advance. The activity is not available on Sundays. Minimum 2 people.
