The new season has just started at the Castello Del Nero Hotel & Spa, the boutique hotel in the heart of Chianti, which is ready to welcome its guests and unveil its new interior design.

The renovation works exalt the original architectural features of the summer terrace, one of the guest’s favourite spots for the majestic and enchanting view it offers, and the main hall of the La Torre restaurant (1 Michelin star), which is contained in the castle’s ancient stables.

Even the swimming pool has changed its appearance, thanks to the new mosaics that decorate the pool floor.

The culinary flagship is the La Torre restaurant, led by Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro, who offers contemporary gourmet dishes. The ingredients come directly from the Castle or other local producers.

The exceptional dishes are enhanced by the light colours chosen for the restaurant’s new design.
