It was presented during the Vinitaly in Verona: 384 pages, 130 recipes and 300 pictures to tell the history and the link with the territory that has always distinguished the Ruffino winery.
Ruffino’s Tuscany” it was conceived and written by Francesco Sorelli, with recipes and photos by Sandra Pilacchi, edited by Cucchiaio d’Argento.
“It tells – says Sorelli – with pictures and words, the convivial occasions of Tuscan people like us: the snack, the lunch, lampredotto with a glass of wine, the unsalted brad, the mom’s kitchen, the  farmhouse, Caterina de’ Medici’s bequest and many others. In the book there is also a part realized by Stefano Caffarri, with some classic Tuscan dishes reviewed with modern sensibility”.
The book takes the reader on a journey through history and eno-gastronomic culture of Tuscany. Letting know the company through the story and the typical anecdotes of family and convivial life, by discovering the uniqueness of the people’s Tuscany, educated and attentive to the taste, to the beauty and to the love for the best traditions.
For the occasion the “Cucchiaio d’Argento”, thanks to the collaboration with Stefano Caffarri, it has performed some of the most popular Tuscan recipes (the chapter is titled “La Toscana del Cucchiaio”) offering recipes with pictures and preparation procedures step by step.
