“Seminasogni” (Plant your dreams) continues to plant passions, talent and prospectives tied to the Tuscan land. The eco Farmer’s and artisan’s market is returning to the pine forest of Barberino Val d’Elsa.

On Sunday, July 3, a new appointment of the inititiative, organized by the Pacciamama Association with the patronage of the Township will be held from 9am to 7pm.

Doctors, farmers and artisans are inspired by the philosophy of “zero kilometers” and live a new season of life and a second work opportunity. Women and youth have put away their college degrees and have reinvented themselves in innovative activities, cutting out original spaces in the difficult work market.

Like Claudia, Veronica and Linda, respectively infant psycotherapist, educator, and social worker, who are now dedicated to biodynamic agriculture. They recuperate and sell wild plants in the Tuscan tradition and create fabrics dyed with natural colors.

They are some of the promoters of the farmer’s market that takes place in the pine forest of Barberino Val d’Elsa the first Sunday of every month.

On Sunday, July 3, producers and artisans of the area will sell their typical local products: olive oil, wine, honey, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, eggs, and clothing in hemp, dyed fabrics and much more. You can also have a picnic with products bought and cooked express directly by the farmer.

The event proposes a boxed lunch with cold cuts, wine, bread and vegetables for 15 Euros. Children under 6 eat for free. There will also be a play area reserved for children with old-fashioned wooden games. Lunch is scheduled for 12:30-2:30pm. Reservations can be made by July 1st. Call Veronica: 3351306176.
