The “Bruscellata” is returning to San Donato in Poggio for ten days rich in events and spectaculars in one of the most beautiful villages of the Chianti territory.
The event is once again organized by the Cultural Association “Pro Loco” of San Donato in Poggio with the patronage of the Town Union of the Chianti Fiorentino.
For the weekend there is a program rich in events: the historic parade, with characters from “La Mandragola” as well as the six neighborhood rivals from the various sections of Castello.
There will also be flag throwers from Bibbiena (Sunday, June 26) and Sansepolcro (Sunday, July 3). In addition, there will be an evening of great food and wine, with delicacies from the area, at the food stand in piazza del Pozzo Nuovo.
In Porta Fiorentina various musical events will take place accompanied by wines or cocktails. In the new entertainment space, “Central Park Music Club”, there will be a “Schiuma Party” with a Dj (Saturday, June 25), while the other dates lill alternate ballroom dancing with dance shows, music and song.
In the historic center will take place the “Fierucola della Polvere”, where one can find stands of artisans and their work.
They will be there from 5pm to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday , June 26 and 27, Friday, July 1, and Saturday and Suday (July 2 and 3).
