Preview of the Chianti Classico Expo: neighborhoods and "Rificolone" (traditional lanterns)

We will see a preview of the Chianti Classico Expo (September 8-11) on Sunday, September 4, at 3:30 PM.

It is the grand parade of the Greve “rioni” (neighborhoods). A sense of belonging and grande passion promises a show full of magic.

For the second appointment, on September 7, at 9 PM in Piazzetta Santa Croce, there will be the traditional blessing of the “Rificolone”.

At 9:30 PM, in Piazza Angelo Vassallo, the parade and awards presentation of the lanterns, (which will be handmade during a workshop at the Sant’Anna Park) will take place. The workshop is from September 2 to September 6, (4-6 PM).
