On that day, two chefs will meet to create a unique dining experience.
At Vitique (via Citille 43b, in Greti, Greve in Chianti) chef Antonio Guerra (resident chef at Vitique) and chef Antonello Sardi (from the Virtuoso restaurant) have come up with this mouthwatering menu.
Foie gras crème brûlée and red onion ice cream (Antonello Sardi); Risotto “Lombardia, Toscana e Puglia” (Antonio Guerra); Pigeon, butter and thyme cappelletti with its ‘fondo bruno’ stock sauce (Antonello Sardi).
