Every last Saturday of the month, all the 2017, “The Saturday of the butcher”, at the Antica Macelleria Falorni in piazza Matteotti in Greve in Chianti, with many special initiatives: first of all, there will be a 20% discount on all of the meat sold by our butchers. There will also be a new gamut of products ready to cook.

The butcher cases will have a new look and will be open all day on Saturdays from 9 AM to 7 PM. There will be two different types of steak available, each aged differently: a shorter period for who likes tough meat and a longer period for those who like more tender meat.

The “Bisteccard” consists of fidelity card. If you buy 20 steaks over 12 months from the day you get the card, you will receive a free steak knife. The meat can be hermetically sealed if you want to make a larger purchase.

“Our customers,”  says the Antica Macelleria Falorni, “are all invited to the first ‘Sabato del Macellaio’. They can leave their purchase in our refrigerator while they eat in our bistro or take a walk around the market or town. They can pick up the meat before leaving Greve”.
