The tour, from San Donato in Poggio (Tavarnelle), will allow you to fully enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Chianti Classico, to discover real corners of paradise in the saddle of your mountain bike.

Standard non-competitive route: about 25 km, difference in height about 600 meters, estimated travel time 2 hours and a half to three hours. Reduced alternative route: about 15 km, difference in height 350 meters.

Both routes that depart from piazza del Pozzo Nuovo at 8.45. The meeting is scheduled starting from 8.15 am.
At the end of the event the participants can enjoy the use of the changing rooms and showers at the sports ground of San Donato in Poggio.

The event is organized in collaboration with “Polisportiva Ciclistica Tavarnelle”. After the event there will be a lunch at MontecchioFarm with typical dishes of the Chianti tradition: meats and cheeses; pappa al pomodoro; grilled meat and salad; water and wine included.
