“Sacralità e Gusto” (Sacredness and taste) is the name of an unusual event held in the extraordinary atmosphere of the Pieve di Sant’Appiano, in Barberino Val d’Elsa.

In its fifth edition, it is a voyage that involves all of the senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. All will be stimulated to create pleasant sensations while immersed in absolute beauty.

The high quality music heard in an enchanting location, almost unknown, makes these evening appointments really unique

The event begins on June 14 at 8 PM with “In viaggio fra Austria e Italia”, from Mozart to Verdi. Wednesday, June 21, at 8 PM, is the turn of Naomi Berril, cellist and Irish singer; on Wednesday, June 28, at 8 PM, “Lirica fra le volte”, celebrated arias, duets and songs.

Wednesday, July 5, “Confinensemble” will be the musical performance. Finally, on Wednesday, July 12 at 8 PM, “Dal Laudario di Cortona ai Carmina Burana”, with the Chorus of Santa Lucia al Borghetto di Tavarnelle.
