Easter and Easter Monday lunch at the Osteria Le Corti, in San Casciano, with an “à la carte menu” designed for the occasion.

Appetizers: Selection of raw and cooked norcini; Organic pecorino flan with pear alla Zac; Seasonal salad with asparagus, toasted seeds, blessed eggs and sheep’s blue.

First courses: Potato cream with poché egg, scorzone in oil and croutons; Tagliatelle with lamb and artichoke sauce; Potato tortelli with dwarf sauce.

Main courses: fried lamb with yogurt sauce and salad; Porchetta rabbit with rosemary potatoes; Potato gâteau with steamed asparagus.
