The art show, “Il gioco delle sfere di luce” (Playing with light spheres), by Antonio Aiazzi, has its inauguration on June 18 at 9pm at the “Osservatorio Polifunzionale del Chianti” (Polyfunctional Observatory of the Chianti Territory). It will continue until September 4.

Designs and spots inserted into various materials, produce half spheres with thousands of shades. They are hypnotizing, leaving observers with their mouths open. Some are debuting, with those supported by a mirror particularly fascinating. They give a sort of optical illusion, the reflection making them round.

They enrich everything that surrounds them. It is a type of contemporary art which, rich in suggestion, condenses three key ideas: visual effects, playing with mirrors, hollowness. They were invented by an architect who has both creative inspiration and notable tecnique.
