A “schiacciata” with oil. Fragrant. Perfumed. Maybe stuffed with good raw ham. Or mortadella.

Lucolena, the “mountain village” in the municipality of Greve in Chianti, returns to the “homeland” of the schiacciata with oil on the weekend of Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th June.

When the Pro Loco Lucolena, with the patronage of the Municipality of Greve in Chianti, organizes the seventh edition of the “Sagra della Schiacciata all’Olio”.

Hot schiacciata, taken out of the oven continuously. Empty, stuffed or with new … gourmet.

On Saturday the stands are open from 10 to 22, on Sundays from 10 to 20. You can enjoy a lunch, a dinner or a rich snack in the special gastronomic area.

Artisan market and second-hand market for both days in the streets of the town.
