Saturday, May 13, from 6.30PM, the rione Castello of Castelnuovo Berardenga organizes  “Infiltrazioni Gastronomiche” (“Gastronomic Infiltrations”), tasting of typical regional dishes from Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sardinia, Tuscany and Romagna and international dishes from Colombia, Kosovo and Russia.

The event aims to raise awareness of their origins and countries trying to recreate that community “castellana” that over time has been lost.

The event will see each country participate with its own exhibition stand, to taste a typical specialty that characterizes this year for charity.
