Friday 28 February, from 8 pm, a special dinner at Vitique in Greve in Chianti.

In which grill will be highlighted in Vitique‘s gastronomic proposal as a tool for smoking and cooking directly on embers. A new path to discover ancient and contemporary techniques.

This is the dinner menu on February 28th.

– Rabbit “alla cacciatora”

– Tagliolino, smoked butter, eel and shallot

– Risotto, smoked goat milk, licorice and herbs

– Grilled deer and chamomile

– French toast, milk and smoked chocolate

– Small bakery
