Paolo Benvenuti‘s personal exhibition is called “Shadows” and from today, Saturday 14 September, will be visible inside the Torre del Chianti (Chianti Tower), in San Casciano (inauguration at 3.30pm), the ancient piezometer born in the 50s , evidence of industrial archeology that becomes an exhibition hall.

In the environments of the Tower that develops vertically over 30 meters high, the particular play of balances between light beams, dark corners and perspective, born from the internal spiral of the stairs, will enhance the exposure of a group of sculptures small format.

The works, made of stone, are inspired by Etruscan art, and depict characters and symbols of a millennial rural community.

The presence of materials such as metal rods and concrete in the works recreates a similar atmosphere to the spaces of the Tower.

The exhibition will remain open until October 11 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 4 to 7 pm and Monday from 10 am to 1 pm.
