The Contrada del Cavallo organizes “Noi del Cavallo a tutta birra”, beer festival in San Casciano.
The tenth edition of the event will take place from September 13th to 15th at the square in the former Stianti Area (via Terracini): as usual, it will be three days of music, games and excellent beer.
We start Friday 13th with a bar open from 6.30pm: cocktails, cutting boards, sandwiches, roast pork, cold cuts, lampredotto, cheeses, crushed with grapes on the shovel and … rivers of beer!
During the evening at 5.30 pm falconry show, then a play area and tables set up and at 11.30 pm spaghetti garlic, oil and chilli, as well as the music of Maghero Dj.
Saturday, September 14th, sandwiches for all tastes: hamburgers, veggie burgers, Hot Dogs, French fries. And the popular “Panino Stellato” (Starred Sandwich), by the chef Matia Barciulli, returns with a horse burger. During the evening, subscription to prizes and DJ Reunion.
Sunday, September 15, the Contrada, in collaboration with the shops of the street of Borgo Sarchiani, organizes the Peasant Dinner.
From 19.30: peasant appetizer, pasta with strap sauce and pasta with mushrooms, Florentine tripe and boiled beans, dessert, water, wine and beer (€ 21, presale € 18, children under 12 € 11) during dinner, included in the price, bingo!
