A new tasting dinner in Greti (Greve in Chianti) takes place on Thursday 22nd November (sold out) and Friday 23rd November.

This time Vitique celebrates the wonder of truffles. Tasting dinner with the truffles of San Miniato by Gemignani Tartufi, paired with the wines of Santa Margherita Gruppo Vinicolo.

Menu and wine pairing: Fried egg, pecorino cheese and truffle (Santa Margherita – Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di Refrontolo Brut 2017); Liver, mushrooms, black kale and truffles (Kettmeir – Pinot Bianco Athesis Alto Adige Doc 2016); Tagliolini with white truffles (Cà Maiol – Fabio Contato Lugana Dop 2016).

Beef cheek, potatoes and truffle (Lamole di Lamole – Chianti Classico Riserva Docg 2014); Mascarpone cheese, chocolate and truffle (Cantina Mesa – Orodoro Isola dei Nuraghi Igt Passito 2017).
