The Gallo district Sagra/ Festival in San Casciano

Saturday 7^th and Sunday 8^th July the highly anticipated Sagra del Gallo, promoted by the Gallo district of San Casciano Val di Pesa, will be held in their “headquarters”, the so-called “Piazzetta del Bardella” (via Galileo Galilei). The proceeds will be used to finance the activities of the town’s Medieval Carnival.

Here is the program of the eighth edition: Saturday 7^th July at 7.30pm the great dinner with starter, penne all’amatriciana, mixed grill (meat of the local butcher Frittelli Fabio and C.), salad and watermelon.

Adults: 18 euros with presale or otherwise 20 euros. Children from 5 to 10 years: 10 euros. Children from 0 to 5 years free. At 9pm Live Music with Highway. At 10.30pm Live Music with Fish Bones.

Sunday, July 8^th: from the 7pm sandwiches (hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages), skewers, mixed grill, coccoli and fries. At 9.30pm Magikomico Kagliostro Alessio Nonfanti of “Attenti al Tubo” show.

For the dinner it is highly recommended to buy the tickets in advance: at the Bar Cinelli or the Circolo Arci San Casciano.
